1. General Terms
tk bat is an online entertainment platform that offers betting on various sports events including cricket and football, as well as casino gaming services. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, products, and platforms of tk bat.
These Terms have been prepared in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. By registering for membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.
tk bat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are published on the platform will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Membership and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To register as a member on tk bat, you must be at least 21 years of age. Any minor — that is, anyone under the age of 21 — is not permitted to register or participate on this platform. Providing false information during age verification will result in permanent account closure and all deposited balances may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, the same mobile number, or from the same device, all such accounts will be closed.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
All information provided at the time of registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be accurate and truthful. Providing incorrect or false information may cause account verification to fail and withdrawal requests to be cancelled.
2.4 Account Security
It is the member's own responsibility to keep their login credentials, password, and OTP fully confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, contact the support team immediately. Sharing account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
3. Account Verification
tk bat reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Identity verification may be required in particular to process withdrawals or to claim bonuses.
Members may be asked to submit a national identity card or other applicable government-issued documents for verification. If the required information is not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
Deposits on tk bat are currently accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposits below the specified limit will not be processed.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals must be made using the same mobile banking method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
4.3 Name Matching
The name on the mobile banking account used for deposits and withdrawals must match the name registered on the tk bat account. Transactions made from an account with a different name may not be refunded.
4.4 Third-Party Payments
Using another person's mobile banking account to make deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. If detected, the relevant transaction will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
5.2 Other Promotional Offers
Each offer — including the weekly tk bat Reload Festival, tk bat Slots Fun Bonus, and the weekend Cricket Deposit Bonus — has its own terms and wagering requirements. It is mandatory to read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus. Bonus amounts are never to be treated as cash.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Manipulating the bonus system through multiple accounts, false information, or any other method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account will be closed.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Validity of Bets
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error or irregular circumstances occur in the relevant event. tk bat reserves the right to review or void any bet, particularly in cases of unusual betting activity.
6.2 Event Cancellation and Postponement
If a sports event is cancelled or not completed, bets will be refunded or voided in accordance with tk bat's policy. The terms applicable to the relevant event will take precedence.
6.3 Casino Game Rules
Live casino, slots, and other games operate according to their own rules as set by the game provider studio. Rule details can be found within each game. RTP and other technical information is provided for informational purposes.
6.4 Technical Errors
If a game or betting process is interrupted due to a software or hardware error, tk bat may declare that round void. In such cases, the bet amount will be refunded.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk bat:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
- Placing artificial bets with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
- Selling, transferring, or renting an account to a third party.
- Using bots or automated software to participate in games or betting.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transaction.
- Harassing, deceiving, or threatening other members.
Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and the relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by tk bat
tk bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without cause, or on the basis of a breach of terms. Pending bonuses on accounts closed due to a breach of terms will be forfeited. However, if an account is closed without cause, the genuine cash balance will be returned.
8.2 Closure by the Member
A member who wishes to close their account must contact the support team. The opportunity to complete all valid withdrawals will be given before the account is closed. The option of self-exclusion under responsible gaming is also available.
9. Limitation of Liability
tk bat will not be liable under any circumstances in the following situations:
- If a bet or game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or server downtime.
- If an account suffers loss due to the member's own negligence or third-party access.
- In the event of a temporary service interruption caused by a technical error.
- For financial loss resulting from the member's own betting or gaming decisions.
tk bat always strives to maintain a safe and stable platform, but technical disruptions may occasionally occur that are beyond our control.
10. Privacy
The methods by which member personal data is collected, stored, and used are described in detail separately in our Privacy Policy. These Terms and the Privacy Policy complement each other and should be read together.
tk bat does not sell member data to third parties. However, certain information may need to be shared for legal compliance or fraud detection purposes.
11. Changes and Updates to Terms
tk bat may change, revise, or update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes, members will be notified via the site or through live chat.
If a member continues to use the platform after changes are published, they will be considered to have accepted the new terms. Members who do not agree to any change are requested to close their account.
